Exports should include account metadata, curriculum progress, review-card state, lesson evidence, tutor/game records, feedback, issue reports, and stored issue-report artifacts where available.
Exports exclude password hashes, session tokens, invite tokens, SMTP secrets, bridge tokens, environment variables, server credentials, and other users' data.
Deletion removes or anonymizes account, curriculum, review, tutor, game-linked learner data, and issue-report artifacts where reasonably possible. Provider logs and backups may persist for their ordinary limited retention periods, and minimal records may be retained for security, legal, or operational reasons.
